actually not. I have seen many contests which are applicable only for minnows it means minnows have less talent. I thought how only repo can decide users talent? a minnow could have lots of talent hence decided to announce a contest where juniors and seniors both can participate. Its very tough to judge who will be the winner or winners. Please stay tune!
