Just woke up and whipped up an omelette - scrambled egg style. I added mushrooms, green peppers, red onions, big chunks of cheese, and a bunch of salami pieces. The salami gives the eggs some great flavour. Alongside my hashbrown and dark roast coffee, I'm a happy camper.
