Soy @jesusremaj7 mi nombre es Jesus Velasquez, comence en esta plataforma en el 2020 especificamente en #musicforsteem, estuve haciendo musica, pero no entendia el proposito de la plataforma, a principios del 2021 empece a leer sobre la plataforma y documentarme sobre los objetivos, metas y proposito de Steemit, por lo que me trace unos objetivos, metas y para alcanzarlos vengo cumpliendo con propositos dentro de las comunidades.
I am @ jesusremaj7 my name is Jesus Velasquez, I started on this platform in 2020 specifically in #musicforsteem, I was making music, but I did not understand the purpose of the platform, at the beginning of 2021 I started reading about the platform and documenting the objectives, Goals and purpose of Steemit, for which I draw some objectives, goals and to achieve them I have been fulfilling purposes within the communities.

Soy miembro activo de la comunidad Steemvenezuela, para la fecha de esta publicación (sabado 17 de Abril del 2021) estoy llevando un concurso titulado "frases de mi abuelita" este es el primer concurso que se publica en esta comunidad donde un miembro delega a la cuenta comunitaria de Steemvenezuela (hive-193637) el 100% de los recursos que se obtengan en esa publicación con el objeto de incentivar a los miembros a que realicen sus aportes de manera voluntaria y desinteresada por la comunidad, concientizando a todos sobre la importancia de realizar contribuciones significativas a la comunidad a la que pertenencen y sobresaltando el valor y la importancia que tiene el echo de conseguir la autosustentabilidad de la comunidad con el aporte de sus miembros, asi como resalto de igual forma el trabajo que hace el equipo de la comunidad.
I am an active member of the Steemvenezuela community, as of the date of this publication (Saturday April 17, 2021) I am running a contest entitled "phrases from my grandmother" this is the first contest published in this community where a member delegates to the Steemvenezuela community account (hive-193637) 100% of the resources obtained in that publication in order to encourage members to make their contributions voluntarily and disinterestedly by the community, making everyone aware of the importance of make significant contributions to the community to which they belong and highlighting the value and importance of achieving the self-sustainability of the community with the contribution of its members, as well as highlighting in the same way the work that the community team does.
En SteemingCommunity, para la fecha tengo poco tiempo de haber ingresado como MOD, durante este corto tiempo, en conjunto al equipo de MOD que formamos parte de la comunidad, vengo estableciendo propuestas en función de mejorar el trabajo que hacemos los moderadores, implementando herramientas de trabajo que nos permitan la mayor organización posible para cumplir con nuestras obligaciones al mismo tiempo que desarrollo guías para instruir a los miembros en el uso de la plataforma, sus reglas, sus normas, el buen uso de las etiquetas y sobre todo guiarlos en el uso de las herramientas de publicación.
In SteemingCommunity, to date I have only been a MOD for a short time, during this short time, together with the MOD team that are part of the community, I have been establishing proposals in order to improve the work that moderators do, implementing tools of work that allow us the largest possible organization to comply with our obligations while developing guides to instruct members in the use of the platform, its rules, regulations, the proper use of labels and above all guide them in the use of the publishing tools.

Actualmente en Steeming Community contamos con una masa importante de miembros de habla hispana, sobre todo de mi país Venezuela, he estado sirviendo de manera desinteresada con el propósito de que todos crezcamos a la par, ser CR de mi país en esta comunidad me brinda la oportunidad de continuar mi propósito, el cual vengo cumpliendo a baja escala con el apoyo de algunos moderadores de algunas comunidades, la meta es organizar a una masa considerable de venezolanos y alcanzar proyectos que permitan la expansión de la plataforma en mi país, para generar los recursos necesarios y alcanzar la autosustentabilidad de la comunidad, así como promover iniciativas de apoyo actos beneficos en las distintas areas: salud, arte, música, deporte, recreación y religión...
Currently in Steeming Community we have an important mass of Spanish-speaking members, especially from my country Venezuela, I have been serving selflessly with the purpose that we all grow at the same time, being CR of my country in this community gives me the opportunity to continue my purpose, which I have been fulfilling on a small scale with the support of some moderators of some communities, the goal is to organize a considerable mass of Venezuelans and achieve projects that allow the expansion of the platform in my country, to generate the necessary resources and achieve the self-sustainability of the community, as well as promoting initiatives to support charitable acts in different areas, health, art, music, sports and recreation, religion...

Muchisimas gracias amiga, poco a poco, gota a gota iremos construyendo y fortaleciendo bases para que podamos construir proyectos en función de los bienes que demanda la comunidad, el objetivo de todos es la autosustentabilidad, tengo esperanzas de que la estrategia que nos propusimos funcione y empiece a crear la consciencia que necesitamos en los miembros, ya he pensado en alternativas para seguir concientizando a los miembros en la importancia de tener una cuenta comunitaria con fortaleza:

You have suggest a very good plan to make sure that steem community members from Venezuela would become self-sustainable on Steemit as you understand how important it is to delegate and support the community you are part with on Steemit. I hope if you get chosen as Country Representative for Venezuela you will be teaching this principle so they will understand about this and you all start building a community curation account for steemit users coming from Venezuela and make it grow and stronger each day with all its members contribution.
