I did this work with a group of friends from the university, in which I studied Food Technology. On this occasion we conducted several workshops, talks and recommendations to several cooks of a public school. These talks consisted of imparting the necessary knowledge about a healthy diet, an adequate use of food, putting Good Handling Practices into practice and everything related to proper hygiene and food preservation because school canteens frequently report foodborne diseases. We gave very practical and easy-to-understand examples, as well as videos and some brochures. In this way, we made sure that these people had the necessary care to avoid illnesses in the students of the school.
