Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken

You would want to season both sides of your boneless skinless chicken breast, with salt and pepper.
In a large skillet, But make sure you heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
Then in the same skillet, add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
Pour in the chicken broth, scraping up any brown bits from the bottom of the skillet.
Allow the broth to simmer for 2-3 minutes. Stir in the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning.
Make sure you stir occasionally until the sauce has thickened slightly for about 5 minutes.
You gone want to put the chicken breast back into the skillet turning to coat the chicken breast into the creamy sauce.
Let that cook for additional 2-3minutes, until the chicken is heated through.
Serve the creamy garlic Parmesan chicken hot, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
salt and black pepper
2 tablespoons of olive oil
4 cloves garlic or minced
1 cup of chicken broth
1 cup of heavy cream
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon of italian seasoning

Vegetable Stir Fry

Start off by heating your vegetable oil or sesame oil ( your choice)
in a large skillet over medium-hot heat.
Add in your minced garlic stirring constantly until fragrant. Then you gone want to add the assorted vegetables to the skillet. stir-fry for 3-5 minutes or until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
Next you gone season the stir -fry with soy sauce or tamari, to taste. But be careful not to add too much salt if your soy sauce is already salty. But you can season with salt and pepper to taste if desired.
You gone want to continue to stir-fry for another minute or two until everything is heated through and well combined
