Wow @loveself - as if pumpkin eclairs were not enough of a treat "I decided to make some mini meringues, candied pecans and oat crumble to sprinkle on top of my my eclairs" You make it sound so easy - and you create this art - which will disappear so quickly. Wish I was with you to sample one of these
