I've had my share of not so great Choux. I think it's harder to perfect them when we only bake once in a while. How is your sugar free November coming along? As always, thank you for your kind comments.
The sugar free November is going well. So far so good. 12th day’s into it and we are yet to succumb. Temptations have been plenty but we’ve resisted well so let’s hope it stays that way for another 2 weeks!
I find the first two weeks are the hardest. After that it's smooth sailing. I know you will be able to do it! Can't wait to see your next post!
