My interview from 2/5/2020 with Dr. Francis Boyle. He is a professor of International Law at University of Illinois and he wrote the US Biological Weapons Anti-Terrorism Act of 1989, the American implementing legislation for the 1972 Biological Weapons Convention.

He is extremely concerned.
