Welcome to April Sweeps. Day 5. Let’s see if we can guide you through this tour without revealing too much personal, demographic, or intellectual data about this vessel. But first. Let’s break some of those guidelines.

I’ll share a secret with you guys. Sometimes your humble vagabond forgets just how long we’ve traveled this realm within this vessel. When we watch fitness videos, the calisthenics clips in particular. I go out to the bars and actually attempt to do those, “tricks,” As I call them. Sometimes I think that those videos are directed at yours truly. Is that Ego or Ambition?
Doesn’t matter.
Another time that I forget the length of the journey, is when some of these younger writers are dis-covering some of these life “secrets.” “Secrets,” in that the information isn’t commonly made available. For example, I recently read a piece on Vitamin D.. Ego is like, “we know this.” We read it anyway. And we did know the information. Not much has changed. We’ve had this information for many years. And we practice it. It’s become a habit. Plus, we haven’t had many, if any problems that are associated with Vitamin D deficiency. We also live in the Sunshine State, walk outside daily, in addition to supplementation.

One of the reasons we hold back on our videos is because, from our perspective, we think that most people already know what we know. So we hold back. We don’t want to insult the intelligence of our audience by assuming they don’t know this and that. Despite the dumbing-down of the West. And the US in particular.
However, if we are going to help, we are going to have to be as accessible as possible. And that means not being so very esoteric.

Okay, so here’s the next level. Upsilon-FMO, our fantasy AM radio station that we are going to convert into a podcast in the next decade. All that info is for paid subscribers, because paid subscribers are supporters of the project. As such, they deserve to be updated on the progress of the project. The “radio-station” angle is about to experience a change. I don’t know exactly where it’s going. It might blow up. Or it might blow up in my face. Doesn’t matter. We will adjust.

“Never allow anyone to tell you who you are, and especially who you’re not.” Universe dropped that gem on your boy when we were rationalizing how we could refer to the vessel as a “recording artist.” We did a piece on it. It’s coming up, so no need to re-write the script we never wrote to begin with.

We recorded a wider presentation of the Cosmic Game, in the street studio, with more details, observations and strategies for playing. It is now available digitally, as a free “thank you” gift to those who become paid subscribers to our Substack Channel. I don’t know if “channel” is strictly correct or not. I’m calling it a channel nonetheless.
“Playing the Cosmic Game” isn’t stand-up comedy. It’s stand-up philosophy. It’s a collection of observations and messages from Universe distilled into a package of examples, metaphors and lessons, that the savvy human will be able to adapt and utilize to extricate themselves from the mayhem and chaos that has captured them unawares.
We’re not gonna stick you up for your Martin’s. You can continue to experience the album free or charge, as we trickle it out one day at a time during April Sweeps. We are currently about half way through. By the way, the mp3 version is now available on Substack. When you become a paid subscriber, I will figure out a way to transmit the video version.

Not only is April Sweeps giving us a much needed recording break, it’s providing us time to wade through our files, edit and polish up more pieces for future releases. We are also reforming the daily show. I’m quite excited about it.
Maybe, if I do this stuff long enough, I can make some of this seem, “humorous”. If not downright funny. These are indeed interesting times. I don’t know about anyone else, But I’m living, “through them”, and not, “in them.”
These notes will run until the final day of April Sweeps. We will update then as we segue into the next level of our project.
