Description
Open for Product (OfP) is a first-of-its-kind self-built platform where professionals create and join project teams outside the rigid structures of corporate employment. It's designed for highly skilled professionals to work in self-directed, collaborative environments.

The Open for Product community is instrumental in the platform's development; early members contribute to building Open for Product as a proof-of-concept, aligning with a "build-with-public" culture. This approach ensures that the platform and its projects evolve with their community, making it a "community-first build".

Posts and interactions within the Open for Product community must adhere to the following:

Be Kind, Constructive, Respectful: Engage with empathy & understanding; Make room for unique perspectives
Focus on Relevant Discussion: e. g. OfP platform development, values, mission, vision, and projects | Future of Work, decentralized collaboration | Governance, equitable practices
Promote Clear & Accessible Communication: Write to a broad English-speaking audience; Minimize specialized jargon
Practice Supportive Dialog: Use "yes, and..." responses, seek to understand, help others feel safe and accepted, keep constructive disagreement focused on the idea, not the individual.
Employ Substance over Volume
Maintain Authenticity & Transparency: A pattern of inauthentic content (e.g. unlabeled AI-generated content) may result in a ban.
Respect Privacy: Share only by consent
Avoid Abusive Behavior: zero tolerance for attacks, harassment
