Description
The Ink Well is a friendly community for all of the poets and story tellers on the steem blockchain. A meeting place for the fictioneers, poets, dramatists, novelists, scribblers and scribes. As long as you are posting creative writing, we would love to hear your voice!

We will also be running competitions for both fiction and poetry in the future, and I am currently exploring avenues for setting up workshops to help writers who want to perfect their craft.

The Ink Well is also one of the only writers’ communities directly supported by curie, which means we will be rewarding well written creative writing with curie votes.

The Ink well aims to reward all diverse forms of imaginative writing. If you write literary fiction we’ve got you covered. If genre fiction is your bag, dip your pen and fill the well with sci-fi, fantasy, horror or even roleplay/D+D based stories.

If your story or poem has narrative and a plot of some kind, please join us and dive into the ink well.

Rules

No personal abuse or trolling please - This includes racism, sexist remarks, homophobia, threats of violence or any behavior deemed to be bullying. Any trolls found hiding at the bottom of the ink well will be muted. Play nice people and let’s have fun!
No plagiarism - Any content creators posting plagiarized posts here will be muted, reported to projects that counter abuse such as @steemflagrewards and downvoted with the community vote.
No re-posts of previously published content. If you ignore this rule it is 3 strikes + you're out.
Keep your criticism or feedback constructive - Peer review is a big part of any creative writer's development learning how to effectively edit. But it can be hard to hear criticism when you are emotionally connected to a poem or story. We encourage constructive feedback, but please be gentle and explain your reasoning.
Try to be active in the community reading, voting and commenting other peoples work.
