Welcome to Bad Panda!

As a community, our goals are:

To foster collaboration. We believe that by working together, sharing ideas and helping one another, we can achieve more.
To provide encouragement. Pursuing your dreams takes courage. We are here to cheer each other on through the challenges as well as the wins.
To offer real-world advice and expertise. Many of our members have started successful businesses or projects. We share our experiences so you can learn from our successes as well as our mistakes.
To make connections. By introducing members to each other, we hope to facilitate partnerships that lead to new opportunities. You never know where a casual conversation may lead!
To celebrate each other's victories, large and small. Entrepreneurship is not always easy. We make sure to recognize our members' accomplishments so they stay motivated.
To promote qualitycontent. By engaging with and upvoting each other, we boost the visibility of our members' creative works on Steemit.

Rules

Support Each Other - We pledge to like, comment on and engage positively with our fellow members' work in order to help one another succeed. No haters allowed!
Engage Actively - Members are required to upvote a minimum of 5 other members' posts each week to remain in good standing and benefit from community support and promotion.
Share Knowledge Openly - We share our expertise, advice and lessons learned openly so that everyone in the community can learn and grow together.
Respect Diversity - We welcome all backgrounds, perspectives and experiences. Discrimination will not be tolerated.
Foster Open Communication - We encourage active discussion and feedback to help strengthen connections and make the community a welcoming place for all.
Uplift, Don't Tear Down - We build each other up with compassion. Personal attacks or overly negative comments go against our values of support and encouragement.
