I’m horrible at burpees (relatively speaking) so I ended up slightly over 8 minutes on part 1. Redeemed myself a little by getting a ~125kg clean for the second part of that workout.

I need to go back to some of the basic movements and practice them more. Usually I can carry my weaknesses by being fairly good at gymnastics pulling, barbell cycling and so on, but once a weakness makes up 50% of the workout it gets hard. 😁
