In order to discourage double-spending attacks, we propose a mechanism to construct special transaction outputs.This allows any observer to generate a third transaction spending the same output and sending the amount to an address controlled by himself.

To across this need to introduce new mechanism to construct special transaction outputs. Near future if it comes real accepting these type of payments definitely crypto going to spread very easily , fast with in short time.
