Man that CFTC guy pumped btc right away . I would love to hear more insight about it. But the last part where they asked about registered ico´s and upcoming ico´s; non of those have registered anything. So what i understood is that even if they would; they almost have no power in enforcing the law in upcoming ico´s meaning that decentralization of crypto is a good way to resist cencorship. But in pig picture we see that the CFCT have good eye on it =).
