I sent 0.500 sbd to get an upvote, but I didn't get it, I think there is something wrong in the bot, The round in which I sent my bid got total 5 bids, but the bot just votes 2 bids, kindly check it,

Found the issue. There was a node that was down on the network, votes sent in manually.
