My top crypto picks and ideas for investments for 2018 and beyond.

I thought it might be useful and helpful to share some insight in some investments coming up which I think could be huge.

2017 was the year that crypto really proved all the doubters wrong and turned everyone’s heads including my own. It proved to be an amazing and spectacular year brining the crypto community closer to mass adoption. I didn’t think Bitcoin would rise as fast as it has it amazes even me how wild the ride has been. I had predicted in previous articles that bitcoin would rise to around $10,000 by 2020 when the next halving is set to take place. But it has far exceeded that expectation, so this leads me to believe that the next halving event could catapult BTC to $100,000 hard to predict exactly for sure, but that is a likely possibility. I stand firmly by my belief that BTC one day should be equivalent to 1 bit equal around $1 because 1 bitcoin equals 1,000,000 bits.

I think one of the best ideas for 2018 and beyond will be Cardano and Eos. I see both platforms as to critical to a successful 3rd generation coin that can be scaleable and perform more operations then ETH. Not saying they are better then ETH but time will tell.

I also see a need for people to take control of their identity and instead of having to enter multiple passwords on various sites and institutions why not a solution like Civic or SelfKey that can give us the keys to control our digital identity? I read the Civic white paper and watched the videos I thought the idea was brilliant I think that one could be something that has a real world use case for blockchain tech. So I am willing to invest into any initiative that achieves the same thing as Civic I think there is a huge need for this sort of thing with all the hacks we see around the world year after year. Eventually people will have to put their foot on the ground and say no more stealing our data and identity. Equifax hack leaked more then 150 million users SSN, date of birth etc. A couple years back there was Target that had a leak of over 20 million credit cards. Every time you think your info and data is secure and safe stored on a centralized server it is not. See because of the huge need for services like this I am putting Civic and SelfKey on my list of top ideas.

I also think the exchange tokens like Binance and Coss could just continue to grow with crypto. As long as membership is growing on these platforms and they are doing massive amounts of volume moving coins these exchange tokens should increase in value. Binance for example is doing around $7 Billion daily in volume and the token trades at around a market cap just under $2 Billion.

I also think gambling could be a huge money maker and gambling platforms based on blockchain tech could give the traditional online casinos a run for their money. Since most gambling sites put average users at a huge disadvantage there are some platforms coming out that prove to give a fair gambling advantage. I am really interested in Edgeless casino and also Funfair is another one coming out that could be big as well.

I also see the need for simplicity in Crypto to bring in mass adoption. I see it to hard for the average user to have wallet send to addresses that looks like this: 1fFaKdcvVbB56Hhju59012GHij

I see it that this type of system could be difficult for average users to understand what crypto is or how it works. The wallet addressees are a barrier that crypto can overcome but will take time. That’s why I have Divi Project as a top idea for 2018 and beyond. Divi Project is aiming to develop a coin that is ready for mass adoption and have an address like alex@cars.com instead of an address like 1hHgJkLMNrT578HSAcX. Divi is building a smart wallet that makes it easier to have a send to address to memorize it will be like remembering your email address and in the smart wallet that will have pockets that actually send it to a different address so it isn’t easy to guess your private keys for someone but these pockets will all be built into the wallet.

It is hard to predict exact outcomes of the future but I believe the future is bright for crypto. I haven’t yet enjoyed vast amounts of riches because I only invested what I was willing to lose which was $100-$200 a month or else I could retire today because in previous articles I have written I predicted ETH would be big as well as Dash and XMR. I believe this could be the year I join the crypto party and sing hallelujah and jump up and down in spirit of crypto joy!
