You can check out coin market cap, PacCoin has been listed in top 100 coins with a market cap of more than 730 million. I agree not the best website but they are working on it. They are also launching Coin swap so that they can reduce the number of coins in circulation.
That doesn't mean anything to me. Your entire white paper is about how to correctly draw the logo lol. This is 100% a pump and dump coin, it has no use whatsoever.
