The low altcoin prices will continue as long as Bitcoin keeps rising. As soon as it slows down some money will return to altcoins.

i agree
but Altcoin go down far more than BTC rise , that is way am going the other way
i mean Altcoin going down 30% to 50% . while BTC rising 10% to 30% so far .
