State Duma of the Russian Federation: Bitcoin can be used for issuing consumer loans
Citizens of Russia in the future could receive loan loans in bitcoins or other crypto-currencies. This was stated by a member of the State Duma Committee on Economic Policy, Industry, Innovative Development and Entrepreneurship Oleg Nikolaev.
