It's never easy, and if it was, you were on the wrong track to begin with.

I have been saying the same since I learned my lesson many times in my past. I found out the hard way. I hope I learned well enough. Just like everyone else, I feel the pain this bear market causes. However, even though there is this pain, there are worries, I keep buying. Just few days ago I added to my portfolio. If we go lower, I will add even more. More pain means better prices. But I have a suspicion you already know that.
