Sounds like a little bit of truth, sprinkled with some lies served up as facts, but that's the FED for you a nice little black box sitting in the middle of the economy, that goes around popping and blowing bubbles where it pleases.
Yep. Facts can say anything you want if you cherry pick out the ones you want. :)
