Indeed same with Ethereum so weird things are going on...just like ETH crashed to 13 $ and someone had made a very low buy offer with a lot of cash and made him a millionaire instant after it got back up.
Thing with Ethereum was someone dumped over 30 Million $ worth of Ethereum in single order, that caused the trigger and some people bought it at 10 cents :)
