I trade small time on margin. but still, pretty annoying when they freeze a coin and we have no idea what's up with it. Poloniex has pretty terrible customer service I gotta say.
Yeah I've heard and read plenty of horror stories but I came home to check this stuff after seeing a serious spike in price on my phone tracker only to find this. It's complete shit man. So frustrating.
