After Bitfinex where IOTA already is, I would suggest Bittrex as my second favorite exchange. I just read this morning that SatoshiPay partnered with IOTA, and that's a great news especially for micro-payments, as we all by now know that there are no transaction fees within IOTA (Tangle) network :)
