All of this is the result of the parabolic growth we saw in Q4 of 2017. I doubt ANY of these exchanges would've predicted the massive rise in popularity of cryptocurrencies. We're talking PARABOLIC growth here. How do you scale with that? It's practically impossible without downtime.
