Bitcoin Lightning Network and Coins with low Fee Transactions

The Lightning Network should become available somewhere in 2018, and this solution will be a layer 2 protocol over the Bitcoin blockchain.

In the meantime, cheap coin with a specific target on low fees should become worried when this solution will be available.
