Cryptocurrency faucets, a waste of time and effort?
I have been messing around with free Bitcoin and Ethereum faucets for the past month and have withdrawn around $2.75 total from a couple different free sites. I don't know if I should consider this a waste of time, as it is not really alot of money for the time I put in. However, I am already sitting at my computer, and it doesn't really take much effort to solve a catcha every hour or so. Does anyone else use faucets? Am I wasting my time?
To me it doesn't really seem worth it...maybe if you can automate it and automatically solve the captchas...but even then I see it as stealing from the person making the faucet...plus they might not even have enough to pay you in their wallet then...
Maybe if I just stick to a couple faucets, I mean it's free money right? But then I think about the distraction aspect ...
Just use that time to post on Steemit and you will you see better results haha
I'm brand new to Steemit, but I already see this platform as the future of social nnetworking. Also, it's much more fun browsing here than solving Captcha's for a couple pennies :)
