So while ICO is all the rage, NEO has so much more potential than that. Smart contracts can be of great benefit. I purchased NEO on the potential of these possibilities, not because of ICO's. I am sure there are plenty of smart folks who can see this too.
but all the developers are working with ethereum/solidity? You can do everything on Ethereum what you can do on NEO.
