According to https://www.weusecoins.com/bitcoin-debit-cards/ there are atleast 7 cards on the market. Cryptopay is the oldest and most established card with over 23.000 cards issued.
As far as I know most other bitcoin debit cards offer payment via Mastercard, while Cryptopay offers payment via Visa.
I believe as bitcoins continue to grow the use of bitcoin debit cards will rise.
