Japanese company GMO is investing $90 million in Cryptocurrency Mining Facility

In good news for the crypto community, the Japanese firm, GMO has become one of the first major technology companies to invest in the Crypto currency space.
According to Techwave, the company in its announcement last week revealed that it has already developed a special chip for the mining of cryptocurrencies.
It spent around $3 million for the 7-nm semiconductor chip and is now ready to open mining centres.
The company is reported to open its data centres in northern Europe.
The project will start in early 2018.
