Don't give up, there are always alternatives. You might try Dalpay for instance. They are in Iceland but if I remember correctly can send your money via IBAN. OKPay is also UK based and they take crypto and credit card payments. If those don't work, there is also I Payments. They would even give you access to Union Pay.
