Definitely for zCash yes. Even with Monero looking to implement zk-snarks, zCash will likely implement starks before Monero implement snarks.
Technologically they are one step ahead at the moment that's for sure.
I think so too. Going to buy now and sell at $399. Maybe it will get there by the end of Oct.
Yeh $399 doesn't seem that unrealistic in the near-term. Planning to hold out til $460 myself :)
