The Ethereum team and community is working on it, but their solutions are not a permanent answer.
I think the Casper transition from POW to POS is quite a permanent solution. POW is what makes coins slow and inefficient.
The team is developing their system to run on a mobile based app rather than a PC one.
Does this mean that all mining and block confirmations will be done on phones alone? I've been looking for a coin like that.

I've been reading their site and it looks a lot like the Lightning Network. Looks promising.
Yes this is one ICO I really really liked myself.
It is mobile based but not only mobile, although it is geared towards mobile.
I agree with POS being more energy and cost saving options and we see the trend moving from POW to POS in recent days.
I am really looking forward for the whitepaper. I found this ICO to be the most interesting one this year so far. Also, they have some what of a working platform which is Icing on the cake :)
