Whattt ? PolybiusCoin (PLBT) selling cheaper than the ICO price

I invested in the ICO and I am not cut because if you look at the granger of this project , it's huge. Some of the things that polybius is trying to achieve are listed below.
One of the best feature for me is that Polybius will share 20% of its distributable profit with the token holders and will be paid into the ether wallet holding the tokens. Dividend means my money is working for me and not the other way around.
Total supply was only : 20,000,000 (twenty million) tokens and all the unsold would have been burned so this have the potential to go way higher because of its limited supply and features
Also another major point is that it will be a bank like any other following regulations which makes them more likely to be trusted.

It is trading there cause Polybius is a fraud. Too many red flags with the project.
I think it remains to be seen if it's a scam. All the ico's which do not have a working product have the potential to turn out to be a scam.
Won't agree with that. Potential to fail is different to scam. Golem is a very ambitious project and it may never see the light of day but i don't call it a scam. Polyibius has all the markings of a fraud.
Could you please list some of the reasons you believe this to be a scam ? Would love to learn. As you wrote before one reason is that it is getting traded at small exchanges instead of major ones but what are the other possible red flags ?
The escrow was changed last minute.
The team is basically Hashcoin team rehashed. Look up hashcoin history. They basically took money from customers for delivering mining rig but neve delivered a single machine. You can research more on this for yourself.
Using emrecoin chain (firstly who uses that trash chain) and then bringing its founder as a escrow cum advisor.
Their another escrow was someone from Cryptopay but is not mentioned on their website anymore so I am not being able to find his name.
These are just a few and it has been sometime since I followed their ico.
The team seems to be genuine. I invested some in PLBT let's see
