💡 Cryptocurrency News: The Refereum Token Sale is already complete, "EarnDrop" Updates & more! 💹
Hello dear blog readers, today was the day of the Refereum (Cryptocurrency Payment Token) ICO and as I already told in my article with the title "💡Cryptocurrency News: Refereum - Maybe THE Gaming ICO of the year 2018!?💹", there was already a huge waiting list ("whitelist") of investors who are interested in investing in the early stage of this interesting gaming platform, based on Blockchain technology...

I also signed-up for the whitelist and wanted to invest a little bit in this ICO, but when I took a look in my email account today, I only saw the that the Token Sale is already finished, even no message before this mail, that I was able to invest in this ICO... 😯
But since I have read the latest news with the numbers, I know why I was one of many many people who were not able to invest and this is really unbelievable: Over 150000 people were on the whitelist and all in all everybody together requested to invest over 1 Million ETH ($800M+ USD), but the Refereum Team actually only wanted to reach around 40 K ETH (Approx $27.8M at Feb 5 closing ETH price on coinmarketcap.com)!!! 😲

Serving our community of supporters has been, and remains, our top priority. We recognize that cancelling the public token sale will upset some members of our community (and others who just recently joined the whitelist) and make them feel left out. That’s why we’re excited to announce our solution for fans of the project that rewards RFR tokens, for free, via our new EarnDrop program.
We will determine the number of RFR tokens that each community member receives based on the following criteria:
- Their level of their participation in our Seasons (Season 1 getting even more rewards than mentioned prior!)
