Crypto Currency Proves That Money is Fake

I am intrigued by crypto. I don't really understand what it is, but it's on the rise. Day after day the price rises and I wonder when it will stop, or if it will.

What would the world be like if wealth was distributed differently?
Am I just an optimist to think that millions and billions could get into the hands of people who have empathy and compassion for others and our planet?
