People Creating Market Cap Videos | WHY?
I am always open to learning more, so whenever I find a cryptocurrency channel on YouTube, I watch a couple of its videos and subscribe if I see what I like.
However, I see more and more channels that just open up www.coinmarketcap.com and go down the list. It often goes like this: So PIVX is on the rise, it's $1,79 at the moment. I see it go higher so I will hodl. Then he moves on to the next currency.
I'm like
Bruh, I can see that on coinmarketcap as well.
Why do you think it will go higher?
Why do you invest in that coin at all?
So then I end up unsubscribing because those question don't get answered.
I know this looks like I am bashing free content that nobody is forcing me to watch, but it's not like that. I'm just curious why people watch it..
I understand that people may like watching them to get an idea of what others are investing in, but I don't believe it's worth the time. What do you guys think?

I think there are too many channels covering this space. Too many teenagers turned investors and too little real-world knowledge. Marketcap is about the only fair comparison of these abstract concepts. Left out it would make any analysis invalid.
Too many incompentent channels indeed. Have you have been in this space for a long time?
I was not suggesting that the marketcap itself sucks. I was talking about guys who make videos of basically reading the marketcaps out loud without any context or in depth analysis.
