Which is the best cryptocurrency exchange to use, especially for new starters in the world of cryptocurrency exchange?

One can, and many are earning millions, some even billions in the world of cryptocurrency, and in many ways.
First, by buying altcoins, keeping and waiting for their price to rise, then selling for profit. In this case, you have to hold altcoins for a long while in wait for their market value to rise, then sell.
Secondly, one can also make money by simply trading in altcons, in which case you have to buy, then re-sell in real time, ideally at a rate higher than you bought, again making profit.
