This may be one of the reasons of the serious ripple C(XRP) sell off occurring tonight. Interested to know what other steemit members and crypto investors think?

Its been a touch day - most exchanges have been hammered hard, timeouts, Binance closes registrations, currencies fluctuating insanely.
