RLG Webinar: Cryptocurrency & DeFi in 2020

On April 30, The Rodman Law Group held a webinar discussion to review the state of cryptocurrency and decentralized finance (“DeFi”) industries.

Moderated by firm Associate Attorney Rebecca Spence, the panel was comprised of industry veterans including Firm Founder David Rodman, foreign legal consultant Jason Corbett, and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and entrepreneur Ben Lakoff.

Advising from unique financial, economic, and regulatory positions, the group assessed the continuous evolution of distributed ledger technologies (DLTs), enforcement actions in crypto and DeFi markets, and the potential staying power of the industry going forward.
