Steem to go down to 14 Cents. Will you buy more or exit?

According to Haejin Lee's charts on Youtube Steem is going down! Down to 14 cents.

Steem has a high potential to touch 14 cents or even touch new lows as per his charts. 14 Cents is where the next support level is after Steem travels sideways in its 3rd wave. He makes a lot of sense. Go check it out on Youtube and if anyone's stopping by, please share your thoughts below.

He's also putting out a dire warning that Steem Inc may go bust and the 21 witnesses will have to continue with the blockchain.

I didn't know that Steem has retrenched 70% of its staff. All this is bloody news to me. Are we on a sticky wicket?
