Tuurnt Is One Reason I'll Be Hosting More Parties Soon.

Introduction

Soon and very soon, everything we do as humans will be paid for in some token or the other. Just like the early internet days when our lives began to change right before us, the blockchain is doing the same. Just the way the internet brought us Google, Amazon, and Uber for our comfort, the blockchain is bringing us new services that can be said to be paying us to stay alive.

One of the most intriguing of these services that I have come across is one that will be paying me to host parties! Now I might not be the party type of person but when I have an incentive to do something, what's to say that I can't change and be a whole new girl?

It's Tuurnt Time!

Tuurnt is an app built on the blockchain which is going to be making the art of organizing and attending parties a lot more fun.

As a party organizer, all I have to do is create an event on the Tuurnt app with all the necessary details like what type of party it is, the timing and the location. I also get to set a fee that people can pay in other to gain access to my party. Asides from the fee I charge, I also get rewarded by Tuurnt just for hosting these events! As you can see from the image above, the more parties I host, the more rewards I get!

As a partygoer, all you need do is go to the Tuurnt app and search for parties near you. Your app brings up a list of all the available parties (free and paid) and you get to choose which one you want to attend. Since you know that my parties are always popping, even though I'm charging lots of TRT, you'll still happily pay because it is my party.

Token and ICO Details

Okay so TRT is what the Tuurnt Token is called. It is an ERC20 token which means it is built on the Ethereum blockchain. There will only be a total of 500 million TRT in existence and you can't even buy all. Only a tiny fraction (33%) of the total TRT will be up for sale during the token sale.

Currently, 1 TRT = $0.10 for the next three weeks or less.

Why Should You Buy TRT?

Well, TRT is a utility token and that means for you to be able to perform any task in the Tuurnt ecosystem, you'll need to own them. If you don't own any TRT, how do you plan to gain entrance into my party? Remember I don't do fiat anymore! Even if all you'll be doing is attending free events, you are still mandated to own at least 1 TRT so that's one reason why you should get.

With that 1 TRT in your wallet, you earn TRT every time you attend an event. This means that your 1 TRT can easily become 4 TRT after just one party! The more parties you attend, the more your rewards but remember you still need that initial 1 to get the whole chain moving so don't get too excited!

You should also buy TRT to be able to gift your friends and family later on in life. This is one thing I'll be doing regularly but you shouldn't bank on me giving you free TRT when you can really get them during the token sale and fill up your wallet.

I love that Tuurnt is a mobile app (available on Android and iOS ) which makes it super easy for me to escape from any boring situation at any point in time.

The integration of the TRT token on the apps (Android and iOS) won't be happening until the 4th quarter of 2018, along with other exciting features. I guess I just have to wait till the end of the year before I can begin to enjoy the full suite of features. However, you should start preparing the ground by getting those TRT tokens!
