    He was a developer from Japan. His name is Satoshi Nakamoto. That's why the decimal part of bitcoin is called satoshi. As he was from Japan that is the reason Japan is the first country to use bitcoins legally. Currently this guy is anonymous. I hope you like my answer. #muchlove
