The problem I have with it is that $1000 for a $376 yearly return is horrid in terms of crypto, even if there's no risk in this project failing.
You can easily get a $800 btc contract from genesis mining that lasts forever (if it's profitable), which returns over $2000/year currently

Otherwise it'd be great.
