How to Form a List of Basic Income Jobs.

In the last talk, "The Workpoint as a value of Basic Income Jobs." . We discussed how basic income jobs must be set apart. We defined basic income as a static sum for basic income work. We created the workpoint(WKPTS) so that everyone does the same sum of work even though they do different jobs.

We glossed over how to make the list and in this talk, we will go deeper.

Firstly we will spirit away all the career jobs. The jobs like doctor, lawyer and school teacher will be in the ISC(industry specific congress) and we will talk of it later.

We can honestly act on the fact that we can name some basic income jobs ourselves. Using that small list with a standard for growing and organizing a much larger list. We grow by letting people list any legal job. We let the people show us what they would like other people to do for them. We let the people suggest the workpoints(WKPTS) value for all the jobs they do. We let them give us all the answers and then we produce our master list.

But how do we make it?

The reason you choose a phone app is clearly because everyone has a smart phone. You gain access to 5 billion people and can organize the work of all those people. These billions that you have inputting into the system ensures a better list. 5 billion people. 5 billion people. 5 BILLION PEOPLE.

How do we get those billions?

We pay them the day they sign up and get verified. We pay the listers of jobs a certain sum after signing up. We pay them in crypto currency, You thought i was going to say Cash. The crypto currency is backed by work so it will be very valuable based on just my actions.

Once we have those billions how do we get jobs out of them?

Listers of basic income work.

We tell the listers to list anything that a person can do for a person. Listing things like, read books to children, or clean my kitchen, and bless my car. Any job they can think of even those outside the realm of paid jobs like, listen to my speech, or pray for America, and listen to my personal drama. Absolutely anything Legal.

Plue for a certain time after the reveal, we will have a static listing fee for all jobs. Jobs that are listed are supposed to have the own specific values with a certain listing fee. Walking a dog is suppose to have a certain listing fee, and reading to children is supposed to have its' own listing fee. Since we are building the complete list. A static listing fee is nice and fair and right for growth.

Also as the primary action of completing a task, listers have to rate the job. In this rating, the lister suggests a workpoint(WKPTS) values for this job, and suggest a value for the listing fee. In this way, we get input data for the average rating of the job and what the job should cost.

Workers of Basic Income Jobs

It is the workers that will tell you how much a job is really worth. Whereas the listers give you the real cost and all the jobs. The workers do the jobs and give the real basic income jobs. The basic income jobs arise from the WKPTS that workers rate to jobs. After the workers do the jobs they rate the job to complete it and give a suggestion for the WKPTS value.

As the workers suggest the sum of WKPTS for each job in their ratings. These billions of WKPTS values are stored so that we can use them to grow the app. This data gives us the ability to apply statistics and see the median value or best value of WKPTS for a certain job. The jobs with the lowest workpoints are the basic income jobs.

The jobs with the lowest workpoint values are the basic income jobs. Basic, implies that something is built on top of it, that something uses it to remain rooted. These types of jobs such as litter picker are horrible jobs for a person to do. These jobs must be done because we need a clean environment for bodily wellness. These jobs are the bedrock of growing civilizations and must be looked after for growth. These are the very jobs that a basic income is created to maintain. A basic income to do the boring basic work that supports humanity.

We see that it is crucial to establish a basic income. Going further we see that we must use a digital application to implement the best system for humanity. In the app we gather the data to build a master list of basic income jobs. We use the metric that the jobs with the lowest workpoints are the basic income jobs. We rebuild the system to the new workpoint values. Discarding some jobs to the ISC and keeping others for basic income jobs.
