No this is not a crypto definition. Basicly crypto is a blockchain technology. Its not a virtual currency its just a digits. A cryptocurrency is difficult to counterfeit because of this security feature. It is not issued by any Bank and authority. No one can track this currency.

Features of this currency is excellent. Every coin have its own project but every coin work on block chain technology cause its a backbone of this currency. It can be transfer in seconds any where in the world no one can track this transaction. Only buyer and seller know about this.

Is it good for investment in crypto currency ?

Initial release of bitcoin is 9 January 2009 (9 years ago). In 2009 its value is 0$. What a zero dollar currency value is 11000$ (Current price) and its boom to 20000$ last year and it will be boom again and cross 25000$ in this year. so know you can imagine if you invested 27$ in 2009 for, now worth 886,000$. So this is good to invest in this but now its value is 11000$ which is to much and you just have 500$ so then you can buy alt coins like Ethereum, Ripple, Cardano, Stellar, IOT,,EOS any many more. or you can buy bitcoin but its in 0.0000 form. So its is best to buy small coins and hold then for 6 months and after 6 months sold then and get your profit or you can trade if you don't want to hold coin and get profit on daily basis. So it is very good to invest in crypto currencies.
