No matter the hype of new coins, I tend to stay away from pre-mined coins. And there are an awful lot of them out there which novices to this space seem to be unaware of at their peril.
It is not the New coin mate, Very old coin which is already listed in coin market cap and people are actively trading this coin. Check here http://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/nem/
