The 'tokenization' of various assets has only barely started. I predict a booming market in the tokenisation of various assets through trusted parties. Smart contracts, ok, but we still need a trusted intermediary to tie real assets to digital assets.

Thanks for your feedback! In General, smart contracts are used to conclude an honest and open contract. And its advantage is the ability to exclude a third party.
