yes - it's not on many exchanges yet. Polymath team has been deliberately pretty quiet about marketing and or creating too much hype. They didn't do an ICO - all the startup money they needed they collected that privately and offered to big investors. This approach creates a strong core base layer of support for Polymath. I really like the project.
